How do we find our candidates? 

Our contacts in the industry are vast, we use multiple avenues to find candidates currently available as well as those candidates on the hidden market. On top of our normal sources for finding candidates, we've also spent time over the years building relationships with Technical and Vocational Schools, Military Partners, Colleges, Job Fairs and Hiring events. Not only do we utilize our contacts we also keep your company name confidential.

Integrity is first and foremost, standing by our word and commitment to provide top notch service to all our customers.  We do this by following our 9 standards in which we operate and communicating consistently through out the process.  We don't hand off resumes of candidates that don't fit the mold. We will not fill your inbox with inadequate candidates just to fill a quota.   

our process

Our process is simple and straight forward and is easy to get started:

1. Introduction call: We get to know you, your company, the culture and identify your needs. We'll go over the job description of the role/roles you are looking to fill as well as establish what the ideal candidate looks like.

2. Prepare your recruiting plan, go over costs and details of your contract.

3. Search for candidates.

4. Interview with candidates, extend assessments and reference checks as desired.

5. Provide a summary of relevant candidates with interview notes and detailed information gathered (within 2 weeks of contract signature).

6. Assist in negotiations and extend the Job Offer to the candidate.

7. Follow the candidate and bridge the communication during on boarding until day one of their employment.
